Industrial Lube Oil Heaters and High-Capacity Oil Heaters

Kim Hotstart Industrial Lube Oil Heaters thread directly into the engine’s oil pan to keep the oil warm  and viscous during engine shutdown. Upon startup, warm oil is instantly pumped to the critical wear points in the engine. When cold, oil becomes very thick and difficult to pump. These heaters, available in 120, 208, 240, 277, 380, 480 and  575 volt AC, single phase and 12 and 24 volt DC, range from 75 to 600 watts.  Designed for safe, electrical operation, these heaters are available in a  weather tight construction or Class 1, Group D for hazardous location.
