maesco.com is an authorized distributor of FPT / Iveco Industrial Diesel engines. These units are available as either basic “bare-bones” engines or Lister-Petter Hawkpower units. All basic e ngines come equipped with:
- High inclination oil sump
- Dipstick
- SAE flywheel and housing
- Exhaust manifold with vertical outlet
- 12-volt start and battery-charging alternator
- Fuel filter
- Single oil filter (double on 8065)
- Oil cooler for 7000 series and 8065U and 8065SU
- 12 volt fuel control solenoid ETR
- Exhaust elbow with flexible bellows (on 8045SU and 8065SU)
- Turbocharger on SU models
- Fuel lift pump
- Prime paint
- Wooded shipping pallet
In addition to the equipment on the basic “bare-bones” units, Hawkpower Power Units include:
- Heavy-duty dry air cleaner with restrictor indicator
- Tropical radiator with puller fan
- Hand operated speed control
- Low oil pressure and high water temperature senders (not used with Murphy panel)
- Front radiator guard
- Fan and belt guard
- Vertical exhaust silencer - loose (except 8065SU)
- Mounted Murphy panel with oil and temperature “Switchgages,” keyswitch, and tachometer with hour meter
- Fuel lift pump
- Engine support feet
- Gray paint

Two new engine families, NEF and CURSOR, feature highly technological design conceptions, together with ultimate solutions for machining and installation processes.
The new ranges comply with the present and future standards concerning emissions. The NEF range (3- 4- 6 cylinders) consists of common-rail injection electronic-control engines and mechanical pump injection engines. CURSOR engines, with Electronic Unit Injection system, 6 cylinder in line, 4 valves per cylinder, rolling balancer with timing gear on head and aluminum alloy, reach unequaled standards in power delivery for industrial use.
