Hose/Fitting Assembly |
1. Identify over all length of hose assembly and the Cut Off
Allowance (COA) length of fitting(s) on hose ends by use of the Parker fitting data table. Properly measure, mark, and cut hose to desired length sing fine tooth hacksaw of a cutoff machine. |

2. Place socket in vice and screw hose
counterclockwise until hose bottoms. Back out hose 1/2 turn. |
|
3. Oil inside of hose and nipple threads liberally with Hoze-Oil. Do
not oil hose cover. |
|
4. Screw nipple assembly into socket
using wrench on nipple hex until nipple shoulders against socket. |
